We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on the Niche Atlas dataset.
How it works
If within 30 days of your purchase the dataset has not earned its $29 — in time saved on niche research or in a niche you actually decided to pursue — email us at hello@nicheatlas.net and we will refund 100% of your purchase price.
What we ask
Just send the email. No survey. No "what could we improve?". No friction.
We do ask that you include the order email or order ID so we can locate the transaction. That's it.
What we cannot refund
- Purchases older than 30 calendar days (we count from the moment of payment confirmation)
- Cases where evidence suggests the file has been redistributed publicly (the single-license terms cover this)
How long does it take
Refunds are processed within 1 business day of the email. The credit card or payment method may take an additional 3-5 business days to reflect the refund depending on your bank.
Where the refund is processed
Refunds go through Gumroad (our merchant of record). They handle the transaction reversal directly with your payment provider.
