Terms of Service
By purchasing or downloading the Niche Atlas dataset, you agree to these terms.
1. What you are buying
A single CSV file containing scored niche data. One-time payment. Yours forever, subject to the license below.
2. License
Single license. You may use the CSV inside one person's work, or one team of up to 3 people. You may use the data to inform your own business decisions, build your own products, train your own models for internal use, and share insights derived from the data.
You may not:
- Redistribute the CSV file itself, in whole or part, publicly or to third parties.
- Resell the dataset.
- Use the dataset to build a competing niche-research product that resells the underlying data.
A team license for groups larger than 3 is available on request — contact hello@nicheatlas.net.
3. Refund
A 30-day money-back guarantee applies. See the Refund Policy for details.
4. Updates
If a v2 of the dataset ships within 90 days of your purchase, you receive it free at the email address used for purchase. After 90 days, v2 buyers receive a discounted upgrade. We do not commit to a specific update schedule.
5. Accuracy and disclaimer
The dataset reflects niche scoring at the moment of enrichment. Market conditions change. Scores are heuristics, not guarantees. You are responsible for your own business decisions. Niche Atlas is not financial, legal, or business advice.
We make no warranty, express or implied, that any niche in the dataset will produce revenue for you, or that the scores accurately predict future market behavior.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Niche Atlas's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the dataset.
7. Privacy
We process minimal personal data — primarily your purchase email and country (for tax purposes), all handled by Gumroad as merchant of record. See the Privacy Policy for details.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Spain.
9. Changes to terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be posted on the product page. Your continued ownership of the dataset is governed by the terms in effect at the time of your purchase.
